When will I get service?
As soon as we can get the optical fiber to your house. LISCO is installing the main lines of optical fiber in Fairfield now, neighborhood by neighborhood. If what you are reading came in a door hanger, it means your area is coming right up.
If you sign up now, we can run the optical fiber to your house while the drop crews are working in your neighborhood. If you wait, it may take some time for the crews to come back to your area.
When you sign up, we will give you an estimated install date based on your location.
Video service is coming early in 2008

Can I keep my phone numbers?
Yes. If you switch your phone service to LISCO, all your existing phone numbers can come with you.
What phone charges are included in the $60 per month price?
The monthly phone service prices for LISCO residential phone service include the fees that you often get charged extra for on your phone bill such as SLC (Subscriber Line Charge – sometimes called the Federal Access Charge) and EAS (Extended Area Service).
However, the $60 does not include Federal and State taxes and items like the USF (Universal Service Fund) or 911 charges. These amounts change often according to Federal or State regulations. They are the same for every phone company.
Included phone features
Most of the features you want are already included: Caller ID, call forwarding, voice mail, automatic recall, call hold, call waiting, 3-way calling, hunting to multiple numbers, etc. You can control these features both via an easy-to-use web browser interface or by the buttons on your phone.
Long distance service included
Also included are 1500 minutes per month of Long Distance service to the 48 contiguous states and Canada. It’s 9 cents per minute for usage over 1500 minutes.
Can I get more than one number?
Yes. For only $5 per month you can have a second line. And for an additional $15 per month you can add 1500 minutes of long-distance service to that second line.
